New York Botanical Gardens

December 2, 2014 By: Frederique van der Wal

During the end of October, I was able to spend a fantastic afternoon in the New York Botanical Gardens. It was such a beautiful day and we were lucky enough to come across one of their installations of the Japanese poet walk.

The scenery was breathtaking to say the least. The Japanese have a very special way of creating simplistic and serene environments. As you'll see in my video, they used up to 40 different types of Chrysanthemums in their installation, it's truly remarkable to see the evolution of the different species.
